How your reservation works?

1 - We communicate during an initial telephone or email contact, specifying the rental period - number of nights, number of people (adults, children).

2 - In all cases you will receive the description sheet of the cottage, a price proposal.

3 - You make a 25% deposit transfer (or a check), signifying acceptance of the proposal. Your reservation is then effective and the cottage is "blocked" for you..

4 - You pay the balance upon arrival at the gîte.

5 - No security deposit is required and the relationship is based on mutual trust. Any breakage or damage must be reported for replacement.

You can pay for your stay by bank transfer preferably, but also by check or cash.

Cleaning not included (you can choose to do the cleaning yourself at the end of your stay, or a cleaning package can be booked at the start of your stay at a fixed price of €35 per accommodation to be paid on site)

Rates for high season - from May to October:
